Documentation? We don't need to stinkin' documentation!

This program was written as a test-bed. Therefore there are several
zillion #ifdefs, and multiple versions of several of the functions, some
of which work better than others. This code is also inefficient.

It may work, it may not. But: it will at least try, and its better than
the total blank which it replaced.

See the Timex page off of http://csgrad.cs.vt.edu/~tjohnson for more info.

You may do anything with this code except charge people for it. You got
it for free: I expect you to give it to people for free. If you charge
for it: you owe me and Karl our cut, as the original authors.

If you use this code in your own code: We expect to be cited for our work.
Anything less is Plagerism.
