Cut a 3.5 by 2.5 by 1 inch piece of delrin.

Put in vise such that the 3.5 inch dimension is parallel with Z axis
and 2.5 inch dimension is parallel with Y axis. The front face should
be even with the front of the vice (Y=0).

run water_blocks_end_1.ngc
Rotate 180 degrees around Y axis

run water_blocks_end_2.ngc

Rotate such that 3.5 inch dimension is parallel with Y axis
and 2.5 inch dimension is parallel with Z axis

run water_blocks_side_1.ngc

Rotate 180 degrees around Y axis

run water_blocks_side_2.ngc

Rotate such that 3.5 inch dimension is parallel with X axis
and 2.5 inch dimension is parallel with Y axis. Place a
1x2x3 block under the work, such that the work is 1 inch
above the bed of the vice.

run water_blocks_top_1.ngc

Rotate 180 degrees about Y axis

run water_blocks_top_2.ngc (tool changes for holes.)

Branch here, if the npt hole is vertical instead of horizontal.
If Vertical:

Rotate work 180 degrees around Y axis.

run water_blocks_top_3.ngc (drills connector holes)

cut work in half.

Place work in the vice such that the just cut face is up, and
the long axis is parallel with the Y axis. Place the work on
top of a 123 block such that the bottom face of the work is 2
inches above the mill's table.

run water_blocks_side_3.ngc

Thread all the things, and its done.

If Horizontal:

Cut work in half, between the two blocks, parallel to the 3.5 inch dimension.

Place in vice rough sides up.

run water_blocks_connector.ngc
