This license applies to both the sourcecode in firmware (excluding
the code by Bill Knight, see usart.README.txt), and the CAD
drawings in hardware.

The schematics and PCB artwork were done in KiCad, see
http://kicad.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page .

The firmware was compiled with mspGCC, and flashed with msp430-jtag.py,
using an old TI printerport FET. Note to TI: I selected gcc, and then
went looking for a chip, not the other way around.
